Essential oil dispersant is derived from natural vegetable oils, to help combine essential oils and water. As oils and water do not naturally combine, an essential oil dispersant is needed when preparing an aromatherapy bath to effectively disperse the essential oil throughout the water and minimise the potential for skin irritation. A Dispersant is also used when mixing essential oil into water to create an air mist.
